Doesn’t it just!

Most cordial is the weather I feel; this was the sight greeting me early this Wednesday morning.

 

 

The sun arising upon the East is a daily zenith to elevate one’s spirits, just as it setting can soothe and delight.

 

And what better way than to ‘tweet tweet tra-la-la-la’ and make use of that ‘Early Bird’ offer.

Amanda’s Cocktail of the Week

Bols Genever Martinez: Classic Cocktail created by Amanda Humphrey @ Paramount

 

Ingredients:
40ml Bols Genever

20ml Antica Formula Sweet Italian Vermouth

2 dashes orange bitters

Bar spoon Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

 

Method:
Stir in a mixing glass with cubed ice until required dilution and Dbl strain into a Martini glass with an orange zest

Glassware: Martini

Ice: none

Amanda’s Cocktail of the Week

Liberty Cocktail – Created by Amanda Humphrey @ Paramount

 

 

Ingredients
40ml Grey Goose Poire Vodka

15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

3 dashes Plum Bitters

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

30ml Apple Juice

30ml Cranberry Juice

15ml Maple Syrup

4-5 Fresh Raspberries

 

Method

Shake all and double strain into a sling/highball glass

Ice: cubed

Garnish: pear fan and 2 raspberries
